Group Fitness personal trainers are available for workout sessions of 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
A trainer holds you accountable, encourages you and works with to push you beyond your own perceived limitations.
They will consider your current fitness level and ensure you warm up and cool down appropriately to avoid injury.
Please note that personal training sessions must be arranged with the trainer before payment is accepted.
If you’ve already arranged a date and time with a trainer, complete your booking and pay.
If you’ve already arranged a personal training session but cannot attend it, please cancel your booking.
